If you donate stock, please email our development director at kgeranios@wildmontana.org with your name, contact info, approximate transfer date, type of stock, and number of shares. This will help us process and acknowledge your gift.
Consider recommending Wild Montana for a grant from your donor advised fund. As a 501c3 organization, Wild Montana qualifies for funding through a donor advised fund.
Beneficiary Designations
Name Wild Montana as a beneficiary of your retirement plans and IRAs, life insurance policy, bank accounts, CDs, or commercial annuity.
IRA Rollovers
Anyone 70½ or older can give via a tax-free charitable individual retirement account (IRA) rollover. Unlike usual IRA distributions, IRA donations to Wild Montana are not taxed. Consult a tax advisor to discuss specific tax benefits.
Charitable Gift Annuities (CGA)
Wild Montana maintains a qualified endowment fund at the Montana Community Foundation called the Montana Wilderness Association dba Wild Montana Forever Wild Endowment. CGAs at the Montana Community Foundation to benefit our endowment are eligible for the Montana endowment tax credit.

Next time you update your registration with the Montana Motor Vehicle Division, ask for the Wild Montana license plate. $25 from each plate goes straight to Wild Montana, where we put it to work to protect our wildlands. The plate features four Montana icons: a ponderosa pine, bitterroot flowers, a meadowlark, and a grizzly bear.
