Megan Leach is a Wild Montana member and farmer at Dragon’s Breath Farm in northwest Montana. Tucked into a narrow valley between Libby and Kalispell, the farm borders the Cabinet Mountain Wilderness. Megan grew up in the woods of California and northern Idaho. She studied permafrost and climate change in graduate school at the University of Alaska. She’s a self-taught farmer dedicated to observing and learning from the land so that they can grow together. Farmer Meg also teaches classes on farming and foraging.
