The Interior Department trashed that original version of the RMP and its recommendations, which came about after a transparent public process that included local input, citizen surveys, and a healthy regard for what makes this part of Montana special.

MWA will work diligently towards ensuring that the legislative committee addressing our WSAs adheres to a set of principles laid down in a letter to our Congressional delegation, which was signed by more than 3,000 Montanans last year.
