Billings Man Pops the Question in Holiday Lights

Many people dream of one day seeing their name in lights.

On Dec. 19, Cameron Sapp fulfilled that dream for the woman who, after seeing her name aglow, immediately became his fiancée, Kristen Horton.

Out to take in the Christmas lights a week ago, Sapp, 23, saved the most important and personal stop for last — a light board adorned with 300 Christmas lights that spelled out, “Marry Me, Kristen?”

“He is the most thoughtful guy,” she said. “I felt like the luckiest girl in the world. I thought it was for somebody else, but he was down on one knee and he had the ring handy.”
