Category: Announcements | | 4 min read

This spring, MWA will be in your town (or near it) to share information about our 2016 Wilderness Walks and CDT Montana trail projects. We have more than 100 FREE hikes and adventures to choose from this year. Meet other outdoor enthusiasts and check out our summer line-up, all while sipping a tasty Montana beer and supporting our wild, open spaces.

Plus, buy a raffle ticket at any of these event for the chance to win a flight into the Bob Marshall Wilderness at Schafer Meadows. If you’re the lucky winner, you’ll receive one chartered flight into The Bob from Kalispell City Airport with MONTANA AIR ADVENTURES. This is a one-way route, dropping you off at historic Schafer Meadows–the only airstrip in the Bob Marshall Wilderness, grandfathered in with the 1964 Wilderness Act.

You have the option to fly in and hike out, or fly in and purchase your own return flight out (additional cost). The flight is limited to a maximum of 5 people or 900 lbs. (mix and match weight for people and gear). Raffle tickets cost $20 for one or $50 for three and are only sold onsite at our MWA spring events. See you there!
